Temporary Accommodation is a short term lease (0 – 6 months) for a furnished house or apartment.
This is what a Copenhagen Relocations consultant will do for your employee:

• Understand housing needs
  
• Plan itinerary of properties to view
  
• Email proposed itinerary to employee for preview
  
• Accompany viewing of properties
  
• Negotiate the lease
  
• Explain a Danish leasing contract: deposits, etc.
  
• Advise on tenant/owner responsibilities
  
• Coordinate date for transfer of property
  
• Provide information about parking & TV licenses
